Lindbohm & Partners Ltd was established in the year 2000 by two friends; Mr. Heikki Lindbohm and Mr. Jarmo Ellonen. It is a true Finnish family owned company focusing on sales and marketing of selected wines to Finnish domestic and duty free customers. We provide an excellent partnership in the growing and opening Finnish market. Our wines represent a great quality and taste. Today we work with companies from traditional wine producing countries but also wineries from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Wine of the Year 2025 competition results were published by different categories. Krohn Colheita 2014 portwine and Hugh Hamilton The Villain 2021, McLaren Vale, Australia won GOLD in their categories. Krohn 10 Years Old Tawny Port won SILVER and Krohn LBV 2017 won BRONZE. Hugh Hamilton Scoudrel GSM 2022, McLaren Vale Australia, got Honorary Award. Wine of the year competion was established in the year 1998 and it is the oldest and most respected wine competition in Finland.

We are very proud of our principals and how great wines they make. Together with our partners we have been going through this difficult pandemic time period which finally seems to be getting over. Wine is good.

Happy New Year 2025. It is our 25th Anniversary year in Wine and we just love it. Enjoy our wines.

Our limited quantity wines for sping and summer 2025 are now available in Alko shops. One of them is coming from Australia; Tasmania Strelley Farm Pinot Noir 2023 and the other one is a beautiful red wine from France, Saint Emilion Grand Cru Chateau Blanche Hermine Cabernet Franc 2016. Alko Arkadiankatu has also limited quantity Krohn Vintage ports 1960 and 1970.. These are exceptional good and rare wines to get.

Hugh Hamilton the Villain Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2021 McLaren Vale Australia is classic Cabernet Sauvignon red wine with lam and other grilled dishes. It is the Wine of the Year 2025 GOLD winner. and James Halliday gave 91/100 poinst. Schweinhard Riesling Kabinett Langenlonsheimer Löhrer Berg 2022, Nahe Germany suits nicely with aspargus and other salads. Krohn Lagrima, the sweet white port is perfect desert wine. In the wine bible "Viinistä Viiniin 2023 " Lagrima scores***** +2 and is one of the best wines, which they called "Löytö". Krohn Ruby Port was selected as a best fortified wine in Finland 2022 by winning the Gold in the Wine of the Year 2022 competition. It is available in half size bottle 0,375 l and priced in Alko only euro 11,02. Perfect with choclates, nuts, cheese and dry fruits or why not with fruit cakes. Do not forget when prefering only the best Margaux red wine, Chateau Monbrison 2020. It is perfect wine to drink now and some 5-10 years to come.There might still be some bottles of vintage 2013 left, do not hesitate to buy. Excellent Margaux wines.

New Vintage Florian Mollet Poully Fume 2023 from Loire Valley, France is in Alko shops for fall 2024. Perfect, nice balance and beautiful nose and taste. James Suckling gave 91/100. There might still be left some Florian Mollet Sancerre 2022 which has been also available as speciality wine. High recommendations on both wines.

In Grand Vin Helsinki 2023 "Rare & Fine" wines we opened special Krohn Vintage 1961 which many prefered as the best wine in the event. Hugh Hamilton Pure Black 2017 Shiraz with a hint of Saperavi was compared to legendary Grange, many thaught Hugh did it better. Black Blood II Shiraz 2017, single church vineyard wine was charming and just great, superb wine. All these wines were rated 90+ and we know why.

Grand Vin Helsinki 2023 was held in the City Center of Helsinki Old Student House on October 13th and 14th, 2023. We had a wide range of Krohn ports for tasting; Krohn Vintage 1961, Krohn Colheita 2010, Krohn Lagrima and Krohn Ruby Port, Gold winner in Wine of the year 2022. Hugh Hamilton the Villain 2020 McLaren Vale, Australia, Silver winner in Wine of the year 2023, were served as well as we opened a rare bottle Hugh Hamilton Pure Black 2017. Florian Mollet Pouilly Fume 2021 and Schweinhardt Riesling 2018, White Wine of the Year 2021 were served.
